Check-in/Check-out Policies - Perla Pacifico has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
- Check-In: 16:00 / 4pm until 19:00 / 7pm (key code available for late check-in)
- Check-Out: 11:00 / 11am

* Our rates are established in USD (U.S. Dollar) plus 10% taxes.
* The check-in time is set at 16:00 / 4pm until 19:00 / 7pm (key code available for late check-in) and the check-out time at 11:00 / 11am, if you require an early check-in or a later check-out, please contact your host, this service is subject to availability and an additional fee.
* All reservations to be confirmed require a credit card guarantee, the establishment will pre-authorize the 1st night + tax deposit.
* Our cancellation policy without charge is 48 hours (2 days) before the arrival date in Green and Low Season and 7 days before arrival date in High Season. Cancellation after this period will have a penalty of two nights + tax. The cancellation or modification policy is subject to change according to the season. The non-refundable rate plan has 100% cancellation charges.
* Perla Pacifico is pet-friendly - please contact your host in advance. - Only one house can be booked with pet/s - an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
* Perla Pacifico is Non Smoking property. Please use the dedicated smoking area outside.
* No parties, no drugs allowed.
* Please respect night rest from 11pm to 7am.
* Please use the outside shower after you have been at the beach.

Payment Policy

* Время заселения — с 16:00 / 4 вечера до 19:00 / 7 вечера (для поздней регистрации предусмотрен код доступа), а время выезда — 11:00 / 11 утра. Если вам требуется ранняя регистрация или поздний выезд, пожалуйста, свяжитесь с хозяином; эта услуга предоставляется при наличии возможности и за дополнительную плату.
* Для подтверждения всех бронирований требуется гарантия по кредитной карте; отель проведет предварительную авторизацию на сумму первой ночи проживания плюс налог в качестве залога.
* Согласно нашей политике отмены бронирования без штрафных санкций, отмена возможна за 48 часов (2 дня) до даты заезда в «зеленый» и низкий сезоны и за 7 дней до даты заезда в высокий сезон. При отмене бронирования по истечении этого срока взимается штраф в размере стоимости двух ночей проживания + налог. Правила отмены или изменения бронирования могут изменяться в зависимости от сезона. При бронировании по тарифу без возврата взимается 100% стоимости проживания.
* В Perla Pacifico разрешено проживание с домашними животными — пожалуйста, свяжитесь с хозяином заранее. - С домашними животными можно забронировать только один дом — взимается дополнительная плата за уборку.
* В «Perla Pacifico» курение запрещено. Пожалуйста, пользуйтесь специально отведенной зоной для курения на улице.
* Запрещены вечеринки и употребление наркотиков.
* Просим соблюдать тишину с 23:00 до 7:00.
* После посещения пляжа, пожалуйста, воспользуйтесь душем на улице.

Cancellation Policy

* Бронирование можно отменить или изменить без штрафных санкций за 2 дня до даты заезда в «зелёный» и низкий сезоны и за 7 дней до даты заезда в высокий сезон; данное правило не распространяется на тарифы без возможности возврата средств и на даты, на которые действуют исключения.
Если вы отмените бронирование с нарушением сроков, мы взимаем штраф в размере стоимости двух ночей проживания + налог.
В случае неявки в день бронирования без предварительного уведомления взимается штраф в размере полной стоимости бронирования.
