1. check in time is from 14:00 and check out time is until 12:00
2. The hotel require an advance payment equal to one night rate upon check-in.
3. In case an early departure, will be charged for the day stay.
4. Refunds on booking will not be considered once the client checks in to the room
5. Declined POS payment are not accepted as payment, and client much settle the account before leaving the premise.
6. Notwithstanding ant method of payment, I agree that i am personal liable for all cost and charges incurred in the event that any such cost and charges are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or release in any way.
7. Important: Money jewels and other valuables are brought to Phoenicia Suites premises at the guest's sole risk. The Phoenicia Suites management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and gusts remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such item.
8. Gusts will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Phoenicia Suites caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
9. Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to term and conditions for use are available in room.
10. The hotels management reserve the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoyance to other guests or hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
11. The hotel has zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner.
12. I consent to the usage of any person information for administrative any marketing purposes. The hotel guarantees not to disclose information to their parties other and affiliated companies.
13. Strictly "NO SMOKING POLICY". A#25,000.00 fine will be charged.
