Check In: 3-8pm
- early check in (2pm) is available for $25
- check in instructions sent to your email 14 days prior to your reservation
Check Out: 11am
- late check out (12pm) is available for $25
Included in your stay:
- home cooked breakfast each morning from 8am-10am
- snacks and dessert
- sodas, coffee, tea, juice
- beer and wine (please drink responsibly)
Pet Policy:
- WELL BEHAVED dogs only (get along with other dogs, no excessive barking)
- $35/pet/day
- limit 2 dogs/room
- dogs not behaving will be asked to leave with no refund
Smoking Policy:
- smoking inside (of any kind) is prohibited
- please smoke on your private patio or balcony with your sliding door closed
- $300 fine for smoking in rooms
- all smoking must be put out in an ashtray (please be mindful of forest fires)
Payment Policy
Single Night Reservations:
- deposit: 50% of room rate (14 days prior to reservation)
- final payment: 100% of room rate + upgrade fees (7 days prior to reservation)
Multiple Night Reservations:
- deposit: one nights room rate (14 days prior to reservation)
- final payment: 100% of room rate + upgrade fees (7 days prior to reservation)
Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy only applies to bookings made directly with Pikes Peak Paradise. Bookings made through 3rd party online travel agents have their own stricter policy and this policy does not apply.
-Cancel up to 14 days prior to your stay with no penalty. You will not be charged.
-Once you have paid an invoice (day 14 and day 7) they are non refundable.
-You may reschedule your stay with us up to 7 days prior to your reservation.
We do NOT refund for weather. Please plan accordingly.
It is recommended that our guests secure travel insurance through https://www.insuremytrip.com or http://www.travelguard.com to cover unexpected cancellation costs.
