Check-In time is 3:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 10:00 am.
The Sunrise and Bobcat Cabin: Check-In time is 4pm Check-Out time is 11am.

We will deduct the balance due the day before your arrival using the same method of payment you have provided.

If you plan to arrive after 7:00pm, please call and notify us so we can make arrangements for check in.

Pets are allowed in two of our cabins. The Sunrise cabin #24 and the Bobcat cabin#26. If a pet fee has not be charged, it will be done upon check in.
Cabin #24 pet fee is $100, Cabin 26 pet fee is $50. All other cabins are not pet friendly. If it is determined there has been a pet in cabins 1 - 12, a $200 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Since we are a small operation and cannot operate like larger chains, we do have a 45 day notice for cancellations - all or any part of a stay. No refunds for late arrival or early departure.

We are holding this time exclusively for you so you are responsible for the number of days and number of persons you have reserved. An office handling fee of $50.00 will be charged for changed or cancelled reservations.

No changes 45 days prior to arrival. For all of our guests protection and our liability, the resort area is for paid registered guests.

Day visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.
We do reserve the right to limit the number of guests and/or visitors in a cabin.

Our cabins are NON-SMOKING inside.
Smoking is ok outdoors as long as cigarette butts are not thrown on our grounds or trail.

Our insurance does not allow skateboards/roller skates or bicycles to be used on the property.
