Situated in a courtyard setting, this once working welsh farm offers contemporary accommodation in a period setting, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
A converted long barn, once home to sheep & cattle, Llety offers luxury accommodation for 6 guests, great for families & friends alike.
The large open plan kitchen/dining area provides an informal space for cooking, eating and relaxing together - ideal for getting together at the end of the day.
With bedrooms which can be either double or twin bedded, Llety has 2 ground floor bedrooms, adjacent to the 2 modern shower rooms which feature luxury drencher showers.
Step down into the lounge at the end of the barn - a full-height vaulted room with flat screen TV and comfy leather seating - also featuring the crog loft bedroom, a mezzanine level over the spacious lounge up in the eaves, which can also be a double or twin bedded room.
Just the two of you looking for somewhere cosy to stay? Llety Bach is our most recent addition to the accommodation here at Plasglasgwm. Once an agricultural shed for cattle, Llety Bach is now a luxurious suite for 2 people, with ensuite & lounge area, tucked away under the eaves, with wooden roof timbers, super king-size bed, snuggly sofa & cushions & views of the stars at night through the roof lights. Complete with tea & coffee making facilities, Satellite television & WiFi, Llety Bach is the perfect romantic hideaway.
Plasglasgwm has one more surprise for those looking for somewhere quirky to stay - newly converted from the original farm buildings, you can now sleep in an authentic Welsh pig sty, complete with bespoke beds & mattresses, lighting & heating. These original stone & slate built pig sties each provide cosy 4' double beds, complete with linen & towels, interior & exterior lighting, under-bed storage, mains power & electric heating for a unique overnight stay. With access to a shared shower room & wc in the adjoining building, this has to be the most unusual & unique stay in Snowdonia!

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation by the Customer:

All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged by Plasglasgwm Limited. The financial cost of cancellation is detailed in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation by the Company:

In the unlikely event of your accommodation at Plasglasgwm being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disaster, etc) the Company will notify the customer of cancellation as soon as possible, where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to dangerous or unsuitable situations.
In the event of cancellation, customers will be offered a choice of the following:
Full refund of the fee paid, or an alternative date.

Payment Policy

• 20 percent of the total will be charged at time of booking.
• Balance of the booking will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings made within 28 days of arrival will be charged the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
