PLAYAAKUN Eco-Luxury Villa is a unique private eco- villa located in a unique Unesco protected Biosphere Reserve, that has an amazing flora and fauna with cenote lagoon on one side of the land and the Caribbean Sea on the other. This area is completely ecological and a perfect runaway place to disconnect. The 5 bedroom villa with an infinity pool and wide outdoor space is nestled amongst the large palm tree garden and natural vegetation, overlooking the white sand beach. The front beach is also home to at least 30 turtles that are coming to nest every year. The grand entrance leads you into a large 7887sqft entertainment/lounge area inside the villa with a large curved sofa, big dining table, curved bar and open-plan kitchen; ideal for you to watch the private chef perform some magic! The bar and kitchen services are discussed before arrival and selected in a personalized way from the local and international menu we offer. Pre-stock service is also available with an extra charge to make your holiday worry-free. The lounge area walks out to the large terrace outside with an infinity pool and unspoiled views of the beach. More lounging space is on the very large roof terrace where you can enjoy more spectacular views in a very private way. 4 bedrooms views give you the most spectacular views of the sunrise from the sea and in the evening you can watch nevertheless spectacular sunsets on the pier of the lagoon close to the villa.
