PLAYAAKUN Eco-Luxury Villa is a unique private eco- villa located in a unique Unesco protected Biosphere Reserve, that has an amazing flora and fauna with cenote lagoon on one side of the land and the Caribbean Sea on the other. This area is completely ecological and a perfect runaway place to disconnect. The 5 bedroom villa with an infinity pool and wide outdoor space is nestled amongst the large palm tree garden and natural vegetation, overlooking the white sand beach. The front beach is also home to at least 30 turtles that are coming to nest every year. The grand entrance leads you into a large 7887sqft entertainment/lounge area inside the villa with a large curved sofa, big dining table, curved bar and open-plan kitchen; ideal for you to watch the private chef perform some magic! The bar and kitchen services are discussed before arrival and selected in a personalized way from the local and international menu we offer. Pre-stock service is also available with an extra charge to make your holiday worry-free. The lounge area walks out to the large terrace outside with an infinity pool and unspoiled views of the beach. More lounging space is on the very large roof terrace where you can enjoy more spectacular views in a very private way. 4 bedrooms views give you the most spectacular views of the sunrise from the sea and in the evening you can watch nevertheless spectacular sunsets on the pier of the lagoon close to the villa. Let's not forget millions of stars show from the villa terrace in the night with a nice drink in the hand... the perfect place to appreciate life and recharge...

Terms & Conditions
The booking reservation and full payment needs to be confirmed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. The clients must get in touch with the villa manager in advance to confirm the check-in time anywhere from 4 PM to 11 PM. Please note that the check-out time is 11 am.
The property has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
Any party has to be discussed and approved by the property manager in advance.
Booking the full villa it comes with a private chef service, with the mealtime standard service:
Breakfast 8 AM -10 AM
Lunch 1 PM -3 PM
Dinner 7 PM -9 PM
Different service time might have an extra charge.
Payment Policy
To confirm your booking we require a 50% pre-payment at the moment of making your reservation and the final balance (50%) 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be done by Visa, Mastercard.
A $2,000 USD damage deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival or on the arrive paid in cash and will be refunded in 48 hours upon satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.
5 % (from the total bill) service charge also is charged at the end of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
"In order for cancellation to be valid, we need a written request by you and a written confirmation of the cancellation by us. Cancellations made by phone are not valid.
* 25% non-refundable charge of the total amount on any cancellation.
* 50% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 90 to 31 days prior to arrival date.
*75% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 30 days or less prior to arrival date"
