The Poetry Building offers 17 exquisite and professionally furnished apartments specifically designed for short-term vacation rental. They are beautifully appointed with all the comforts and amenities you have at home. Poetry is located in Recoleta, one of Buenos Aires most desired and exquisite neighborhoods, surrounded by parks, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The building itself evokes the romance that is Buenos Aires. It is firmly rooted in Argentina's history as the former home of one of its most famous and aristocratic families, the Peralta Ramos. Many of the original architectural lines and much of the beautiful grace of the original 100 year old mansion have been restored. Much effort has been taken to meticulously update Poetry's interiors to interpret and integrate current trends with modern demands.

Terms & Conditions

Our rates are quoted in US dollars cash.
Payment can be done either in cash or with a credit card, in which case there is a 5% surcharge.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to present your passport and a valid credit card.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can enter your credit card details on a secure server. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, it will only be verified. You will be asked to pay on check-in.
Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the below conditions occur.
Rates quoted are in cash, and full rent is due on check in. All Seasons You can reserve your desired dates with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

Stays of 20 days or longer are required to make a 30% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
During these very difficult circumstances for all of us, we our relaxing our cancellation policy.

New bookings will have free cancellation within 24 hours of check-in (2pm Buenos Aires time).
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a one night stay.

Please note: For groups booking 4 apartments or more, or stays longer than 20 nights, a non-refundable 30% reservation deposit is required upon booking.
