Welcome to the Porthole Suites, a small family owned business, nestled in the heart of the vibrant St Aubin harbour village in Jersey. Corporate business people and holiday makers are welcome all year round.
Tucked away in a quiet road, our self catering apartment Suites offer you top quality purpose built facilities including excellent sound insulation and the free fibre optic wifi. These new luxury Jersey self-catering apartments benefit from large, tiered gardens – with their range of plants, secluded areas and wonderful sea views over St Aubin’s Bay, they are an excellent place to relax and unwind. Of course, you only have to walk one minute from us to reach the sea and the lovely railway walk!
Porthole Suites is the perfect location for activity holidays, Jersey short breaks and business visitors to Jersey seeking quiet corporate apartments within striking distance of the capital St Helier… and you don’t even need a car as we are on a main bus route and are next to a dedicated cycle lane to town. Although there are ample top class eateries in St Aubin, we appreciate you may also want to cook ‘at home’, so we have supplied you with light cooking facilities. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket and a delicatessen just 150m/yds down the road, where you can get what you need, and are larger supermarkets just 5-10 minutes’ drive away (and on the bus routes). When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read all our terms and conditions of booking below.
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Cleaning every 3 to 4 days
We do our best to provide you with good free wifi.
*These are bath towels – we request you bring your own beach towels or buy some in Jersey.
Each Suite is suited to a couple. In some Suites there is a sofa bed which can accommodate one child under the age of 14. Ground Floor Deluxe Suites can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children on the pull out sofa bed. We are unable to accommodate more than two (2) adults in each suite due to fire regulations. Any bookings made for more than two (2) adults will not be confirmed.
Pets are not permitted.
The Porthole Suites holds insurance for its own interior furnishings. However, for any claims we need to make, we will ask for the excess of £250.00 to be paid for by the person responsible. Guests' should hold their own insurance for personal belongings.
The car park is operated on a first come first served basis and spaces can't be reserved. At peak times we ask guests to park most carefully to allow the maximum of cars in. When hiring a car we advise choosing a small car to facilitate easier parking. The Porthole Suites are unable to accept liability for loss or damage sustained in the car park.
The Porthole Suites has extensive rear gardens; however, we don’t advise guests to go out after dusk as it is mostly unlit and there are lots of stairs and much of the gardens are uneven. If you go out after dusk you do so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for accidents.
Non-availability of accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation; however, if this were not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be guaranteed to you from 3.00pm on your day of arrival. However we endeavour to collect the exact arrival information of each arrival as often earlier check ins can be facilitated. Reception is not always open and we like to make sure that we are here to welcome guests rather than just leave a key.
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Please try to leave the accommodation as clean as possible. If you have made use of any further service for which payment has not been made during your holiday, we will provide you with an invoice which is payable on departure.
We ask guests to be courteous and considerate. Any aggression shown to any member of staff or other guest will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave; any monies will be retained.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles in the car park or possessions, or bicycles unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept securely on a computer.

We ask for £100.00 deposit per week of your stay or part thereof. The balance is due at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.

If, for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and you cancel more than two (2) weeks before arrival we will retain the deposit. Within two weeks we charge 100% cancellation.
Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
