For Guests who have paid for Breakfast It Is Served 7.30am-10.30am (mon-fri) 8.30am-11.30am (sat) 8.30am-11am (sun)
The Main Bar/Reception Area Will Be Closed at 10:00pm
If you decide to shorten your stay with us NO REFUND will be given for nights remaining
Unused Booked breakfasts and paid for extras are non refundable excluding parking.
EV vehicle charging inclusive of parking is chargeable at £40 per night.
The maximum number of zed-beds in a room is 1.
WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge (subject to availability and device compatibility).
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00
Check-out from 07:30 to 11:00 (Deposit key at main bar Or in key drop)
Evidence of Smoking in a room will be billed at £200
Loss of a Room Key Will Be Billed At £50
We reserve the right to change any offer without any prior notice to the guest(s)
All Prices Include 20% VAT
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of booking
Billing details will be held for 7 Days after check-out
Onsite overnight parking is available and is charged at £10 per night per vehicle
Cancellations and prepayment

The guest may be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
Early check and late check out available upon request charged at £15 per hour max 3 hours subject to availability.

Guests who book between 09:00 and 16:00 and arrive on the same day,when I have at least 5 rooms available.
Guests who book between 16:00 and 00:00 and arrive on the same day, when I have at least 3 rooms available.
Guests arriving the day after making a booking,when I have at least 5 rooms available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and prepayment.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of the check in date. The guest may be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
Early departures before your check out date will be billed at the full amount of the original booking . Discounted rates are non refundable and non transferable. A 50% surcharges is applicable on all booking transfers ,subject to availability.
