Reservation Policy:

Classic Suite - Up to 03 People
Chalet with patio - Up to 04 people
1 (one) child up to 2 years old does not pay.
Rates and packages include breakfast and afternoon tea.
Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00.
Breakfast served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Afternoon tea served from 16:00 to 18:00.
Payment 50% on booking and 50% on checkout (check special dates).
We do not charge service fee.
We do not charge iss fee.
Service fee on extras only.
Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
We do not accept pets.
Early check-in / late check-out on request.
Transfer services must be arranged in advance.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Reservations can be transferred to another user under the same conditions as the original reservation and in the same period with prior notice.

Payment Policy

Payment policy and conditions:

To make the reservation you are required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of confirmation and the balance at check-out (except New Year's Eve).

Option 1 - Bank transfer of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

Option 2 - Bank transfer of 100% of the total value of the reservation Discount of 7% of the total value of the reservation.

Bank transfer in checking account to be designated by the inn and the receipt must be sent to the email: reservas@samambaiatrancoso.com to expedite the identification of the depositor.

Option 3 - Payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation with credit card.

Option 4 - Payment of 100% of the total value of the reservation with credit card with installments up to 3 times (reservations with values ​​above R $ 1,500.00).

For card payments you will be asked to fill out the credit card debit authorization form and to send a copy of the card (front and back) and a copy of a cardholder's document in which the photo and signature appear, asked by Redecard.

We accept the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Hipercard, JCB, Cabal, Banescard
In the hostel: Elo, American Express, Pagseguro and Paypal.
Payments with cash or personal check at the hostel has
Discount of 7% on the value of the lodging.
Payment of reservations in the period of New Year's Eve 50% via transfer
Bank to guarantee the reservation and the rest until 1 December.

Upon receipt of the pre-reservation the payment of the entrance must be in up to 2 working days (48 hours), after this time the cancellation of the reservation is automatic.
Reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours. Only after our confirmation shall they be considered valid.

Cancellations and or Changes of Reservations:
Requests for cancellations or changes must be sent in writing, directly to the reservations department of the hostel by email: reservas@samambaiatrancoso.com

Cancellation Policy for the high season period (20 December - 01 March):

• For requests for cancellation of reservation, according to the number of days prior to the expected date of check-in of the guest:
Less than 30 days, there will be no refund of the advance;
B between 31 and 60 days, reimbursement of the equivalent of 50% of the advance;
And more than 61 days, reimbursement of the amount equivalent to 70% of the advance.

Cancellation Policy for other periods of the year (except high season)

• For requests for cancellation of reservation, according to the number of days prior to the expected date of check-in of the guest:
Less than 7 days, there will be no refund of the advance;
B between 8 and 14 days, reimbursement of the equivalent of 50% of the advance;
C between 15 and 30 days, reimbursement of the amount equivalent to 70% of the advance;
D greater than 30 days, reimbursement of the amount equivalent to 90% of the advance.
