Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:

A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday must be paid in full on arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, bank transfer or cash.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION:

Any changes or cancellations made to a booking must be notified in writing (email or fax). Cancellation charges are as follows:

Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival – loss of deposit.

2 – 6 weeks prior to arrival – 50% of total cost.

2 – 4 weeks prior to arrival – 75% of total cost.

2 weeks or less prior to arrival – 100% of total cost.

No charges for amendments to bookings.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 2 years of age accommodated free of charge. Please request cot at time of booking.

Cost of 10 euros per person per night

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Check-in time: 16.00 hours

Check-out time: 11.00 hours

A late check-out time may be possible subject to availability. Please speak to a member of our reception team.

Our reception is open from 09.00 hrs until 18.00 hrs Monday – Sunday. If your arrival is not during these hours please advise us in advance so that arrangements can be made to allow you easy access to your villa.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please note that the villas are built on one level however there are 3 steps in the lounge area. Additionally the garden pathways can be uneven at times and therefore may not be suitable for wheelchairs. However there are villas available where the use of the pathways is not necessary. Please enquire about availability at the time of booking.
