For reservations equal or over 2,500 USD it is necessary to pay 50% in advance of the total amount of your stay to guarantee your accommodation. Once the reservation is confirmed our team will contact you to manage the payment of 50% of the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid at check in.
This payment is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled to a future stay as long as it complies with the cancellation policy in your reservation. In the event that it is reschedulable, you will be issued a credit certificate for the amount paid, the credit certificate will have its own terms and conditions for its use.
This policy is valid for individual reservations, reservations under the same name, card in guarantee or groups associated with the same stay.

For you to access the room the total amount of the reservation must be paid.

In case the key from the security box or the key room are lost the guest shall cover the costs replacement.

Payment Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed with a Visa / Mastercard / American Express credit card. We will make a pre-authorization to this credit card as a guarantee for the total amount of the reservation 28 days prior to the day of arrival. In case of not having the guarantee, all reservations will be subject to cancellation.

At check in we will charge the total amount of the reservation with this pre-authorization by showing the physical card and your ID. In case you need to change the payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash) you must pay at check in the total amount of the stay and we will proceed to release the pre-authorization.

During the check in process you will be asked to open a voucher for 2,000 MXN / 1OO USD to cover additional or incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged 100% of your reservation, you must cancel at least 6 days prior to the check in date. If booking cancellation occurs 5 days or less prior arrival, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies.

Any change of date and/or decrease of nights in the reservation 5 days or less prior to check in will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the stay will be charged.
