Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Contact Hours

Booking officers are available from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time).
All times mentioned in these policies are based on the resort's local time (GMT +08:00).

2. Check-In and Check-Out
Arrival Time: 02:00 PM
Departure Time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out for villas is available at an additional fee of PHP 1,000 per hour.

3. Guest Guidelines
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Pets are not allowed.

4. Food and Beverage Policy
Bringing in food or cooking is allowed, but only in the outdoor kitchen. Cooking inside the villas is not permitted.
A corkage fee of PHP 250 per bottle applies to any beverage brought in.
The outdoor grilling station, stove, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are available and free of use from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please ensure cleanliness after use. Electrical cooking devices such as rice cookers or grills are allowed but must be small (capacity for only 1-2 kilograms).

5. Amenities and Activities
Outdoor games are free for guests. However, a cash deposit is required before borrowing any equipment. This deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition. All borrowed outdoor games must be returned within 1 hour.

6. Pool Guidelines:
Swimwear is required. Cotton and denim pants are strictly prohibited.
The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Eating and drinking around the immediate pool area or while swimming is prohibited. These activities are allowed only in designated areas like the Trilles and Bar areas.
Beach Access: Open from 6:00 AM until sunset.

7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the villas or rooms. A designated smoking area is provided.
A penalty fee will be applied if smoking occurs in non-designated areas.

8. Event Guidelines
A cash bond is required for large events (e.g., weddings, birthdays, company outings) that involve decorations, live bands, or similar arrangements. This bond serves as collateral to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
The cash bond may be forfeited in cases of non-compliance, damages, or violations of the agreement.
Guests must clean as they go after decorating and properly dispose of party materials. The use of double-sided tape is prohibited.
Curfew Policy: Parties or group events extending beyond 11:00 PM, by Samal City curfew guidelines, are required to secure a Barangay Permit before the event.

9. Noise Guidelines
Mini speakers are allowed if their size is between 71.2 x 86 x 31.6mm and 254 x 495 x 195.5mm. Larger speakers will incur additional charges.
Videoke machines or mini speakers are allowed but must only be used until 10:00 PM.

10. Billing and Guest List
Guests staying for an extended period must settle their bill every 5 days.
A guest list form is required for each villa and must be submitted 24 hours before check-in. Guests not staying overnight must leave the premises by 10:00 PM, unless prior written approval has been given.

11. Liability and Damages
The resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
Any damages caused by guests during their stay will be charged to their account.

Payment Policy

1. Reservations via facebook or phone call
- A 50% down payment is required to secure the reservation.
- Accepted Payment Methods Bank Transfers (BDO or PNB account details will be provided)
- The down payment is non-refundable but transferable to other dates (subject to availability).
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled upon check-out.

2. Reservation via website is Full Payment:
- Accepted Payment Methods Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
- Declined or invalid credit card will cancel reservations automatically
- guest who booked using the credit card must provide photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

3. Security Deposit Guest with Events
- A refundable security deposit of P10,000 is required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This will be refunded upon check-out, after an inspection of the property upon check out and no any incidental charges or damages has been made.

4. Service Charge:
- A 2% service charge will be added to the total bill for all bookings and services upon check out.

5. Special Offers & Discounts:
- Discounts must be applied before the final payment. Promotional rates may not be
combined with other offers.

-Please note that our regular rates include a complimentary continental breakfast. however during promotional periods, the continental breakfast may not be included. we encourage you to check the promotion details periodically for specific offer and inclusion.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:
a. Non-Refundable Down Payment:
- The required *50% down payment* for reservations is *non-refundable*.However, the down payment is *transferable* to another available date, provided that a request to change the booking is made at least *7 days before the check-in date*.

b. Rebooking Policy:
- If you need to change your booking date, a request must be made *at least 7 days in advance* of your check-in date.
- The new booking date is subject to availability and must be within *3 months* of the original booking date.

c. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in:
- Cancellations made *less than 7 days* before the scheduled check-in date will result in *forfeiture* of the down payment and no rebooking option.

2. No-Show Policy:
- If guests do not show up on the scheduled check-in date and no cancellation notice was given, the reservation will be considered a *no-show*, and the down payment will be forfeited. No rebooking option will be provided in this case.
