-Check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM. Check-out is no later than 10AM. Please contact us ASAP to arrange alternate check-in/check-out times.* All late and early arrivals and late departures must be preapproved by RLB&B.
-Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and in parent or guardian's full and complete supervision at all times.
-Valid Photo ID, State Issued Driver's License, State Issued ID, Passport or Military ID is required by Guest, and in some cases, members of Guest's party, at the time of check-in.
-No Smoking indoors, only at the outside designated smoking areas. No candles, other open flames, or fireworks of any type are permitted. *Fees may apply.
-Outdoor open flames are limited to the supplied gas fire pit and smoking at designated outside areas.
-Breakfast will be served, each morning of the reservation, at a time agreed upon by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast and Guests, any time after 7 AM.
-The kitchen is maintained as gluten free, but we can no control what other guests may bring onto the property.
-Special dietary needs and restrictions may be accommodated, with prior agreement between Guest and Red Lantern B&B. *Fees may apply.
-Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages, damages, lost and missing items, to the accommodations, Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, and/or its
contents, which are caused by the Guest and/or their party. *Fees may be charged to the Guest, for theses breakages, damages, lost or missing items, as
determined by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Guests are responsible to report, to Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast staff, knowledge of any breakages, damages, lost or missing items to the accommodations,
Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, and/or its contents, which are caused by the Guest and/or their party, ASAP.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, theft, or injury to Guests, members of Guest's party, and any vehicles,
property, or possessions belonging to Guests and/or members of their party.
- Guests are responsible to contact Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast in case of any personal items left behind on the property by the Guest and/or their parties,
as arrangements will be made to forward these items back to the Guest.
- No pets allowed.
-Any data collected regarding Guests by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, will never be shared with a third party.
-Guest must not violate federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations while on Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast property.
-Alcohol may be consumed, responsibly by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast Guests, who are over the legal drinking age of 21.
-All kitchen equipment, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances, and supplies are for use by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast staff only.
-Guests are expected to read and honor all signage posted on Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast property.
-Each extra Guest, exceeding a room's occupancy, will be charged a fee determined by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Guests are expected to respect the rights and privacy of other Guests and staff of Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-All common areas, Guest Lounge, the television, shared bathroom, outdoor areas, etc., are to be shared by all Guests and their parties.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast and its staff will do its best to honor the special request of all of our Guests but cannot guarantee all special requests will be
honored.
- A replacement fee will be charged for keys lost and/or not returned at check-out. Contact RLB&B to arrange retuning keys to avoid this fee.
-No refunds or discounts will be given for early departures and/or late arrivals.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to terminate any Guest's stay, based on violation by the Guests and/or their parties, of these terms and
conditions, without refund.

-Payment of credit card will be accepted.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express will be accepted.
-Local, State, and Federal taxes apply and will
be charged to each reservation.
- Valid, accepted credit card, valid ID, and a deposit of 50% are both required at time of booking
online, or by phone, with the remaining balance due at check-in.
-Remaining invoice balances will be charged automatically, at 5PM, on the check-in day of your reservation.

Política de cancelamento

-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast would only cancel accommodations for reasons beyond our control, making sure to try our best to find alternate accommodations. Any deposits or payments made by the Guest would be returned in full in this situation. Our liability would not extend beyond this point.
-For any reservation not canceled and not honored, the Guest will be responsible for the cost of the entire reservation.
-Any no call, no show, no correspondence reservations will be charged in full, on the day of the reservation check-in, with no exceptions. 
-ALL CANCELED RESERVATIONS will be charged a $10 processing fee (per room/per night) to cover charges accrued by RLB&B.
-All cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the check-in date, will be refunded the deposit, minus the processing fee.
-All cancellations made 3 or less days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be kept in full.
-All canceled reservations for 3 or more rooms, and/or for 3 or more nights, canceled 14 days prior to the check-in date will be refunded the deposit minus the processing fee.
-All canceled reservations for 3 or more rooms and/or for 3 or more nights, canceled 14 or less days prior to check-in, the deposit will be kept in full.
