A Hotel by the water is located on historic Banyan drive in Hilo. Most of our hotel rooms are kitchenettes which include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric skillet and come fully furnished, with cable TV, and daily housekeeping included. THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS OR AIR CONDITIONERS. We have fans and cool ocean breezes. Our property has a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and a Laundromat facility. All rooms, lanai’s and common areas are non-smoking. No pets allowed. Children must be registered. Free parking, one car per unit.

Deposit Policy: To guarantee your reservation, prepayment for one night reservation is required. The Visa, MasterCard or American Express card given to reserve the room must be presented for verification. A Debit card is subject to a cash security deposit on top of rate. The balance owed is due at check-in

Cancellation Policy

AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN TO CANCEL TO RECEIVE REFUND.

If within cancellation period or same day reservation, NON-REFUNDABLE first night payment.
