I often use B&B as a traveller so I know from experience what matters most is a clean, comfy space in a handy location so you sleep well, wake up feeling rested and can easily get to where you need to be. Your bedroom here is a snug sanctuary from the madness of the city, minimal and uncluttered.
Your bedroom has everything you need to have a great stay. It includes a separate fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Comfy, practical and spacious for a single or couple.
This amazing three-storey building has seven rooms in total. Two of them are used as private offices and the other five for guests. But don’t worry we’re a friendly bunch!
There are two fully tiled modern bathrooms. They are cleaned weekly so they stay fresh and clean.
Fresh bed sheets, bath towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Guest access
In the first floor, you will have access to your private bedroom and one of the two shared bathrooms; on the second floor, you will find the second shared bathroom.
Outside and you can park for free 24/7 on street in front of the house.
You will be provided with 1 physical key for the front door and 1 physical key for your room.
Once, you have moved into your room, you are free to come and go as you please.

The buses run every 5/10 minutes until late. There’s even a bus straight from Piccadilly Gardens to the house. If you are feeling adventurous, Manchester is a great city to cycle around. The bus you can catch is the 192 to Stockport Road, Longsight it takes about 10 minutes to get to the house.
