Terms and Conditions
Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $500 cleaning fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Our property accepts Discover, Visa and Master Card please call in or email us directly if you would like to use this to pay for your stay!
No hourly rates available.
No cash accepted onsite.

Guest are advised to be careful of all the hazards of rural living. Our environment is very different from what most are accustomed to. You may find snakes, scorpions, bugs and spiders and other insects. In case of lightning, and high wind please use wisdom and take cover. All wildlife can be dangerous and should not be approached. When walking the property please be advised to wear high boots, long pants and walk with caution. It is suggested to carry a walking staff or stick.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $25 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your cabin for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $ 125 per room/per cabin. Booked cabin cancellation fee and are treated as follows:
In advance of 14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit, less the $125 cancellation fee per room per cabin.
Within two weeks from arrival - Refund of deposit based on our ability to resell your cabin(s), less the $125 fee.
30-day cancellation or more applies to all bookings.
EXCEPTION: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Antique Week reservations are paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable.
Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more cabins.
No one under the age of 21 is allowed to reserve cabins.

You will receive conformation of receipt and any refund within 30 days.
There are additional taxes, fees or possible surcharges. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night in the case of a two-night stay OR 50% of your total stay for three or more nights. This may appear as two separate charges on your statement in the case of three or more days. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance. A $600 security deposit authorization is required at check in. A valid id must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used to reserve online. No cash accepted onsite.
