Property Information
We have a vision and promise of delivering the highest degree of friendly, unique personal service. Enjoy snowmobile, quad, cross country skiing and hiking trails, and also we’re only minutes from four golf courses and a Terra Nova National Park. Visitors can enjoy salmon fly fishing or ocean cod fishing, swimming or leisurely strolling in the scenic Clarenville area.
Located in the heart of Clarenville with all it’s amenities, we’re only a shuttle service ride to the nearby White Hills Ski Resort and 130KM to the Argentia ferry and 180KM to St. John’s International Airport. We’re an excellent starting point for exploring the historic and scenic Trinity area and Bonavista Peninsula.

Front desk services are available daily from 8am-12am.
Check in is at 3:00 pm.
Check out is at 11:00am (12:00pm on Saturday and Sunday)
We kindly ask that room keys be returned to the front desk upon checkout. In the event your key is not returned, a $20.00 replacement fee will apply.
*All our rooms are NON smoking. We would also like to advise all guests that there will be a $250.00 minimum charge for smoking in a non-smoking room, for the cost of air purification and cleaning.
There are 2 pet-friendly rooms – #104 (Standard with 2 Double Beds and additional exterior entrance) and #106 (Efficiency unit with 2 double beds, lounging area, kitchenette and additional exterior entrance).
Pet stays require extra cleaning upon checkout, an additional $10.00 will apply to your room rate, per stay.
Pet stay will not exceed 3 consecutive days.
Pet is to be accompanied at all times.
Each guest will be required to sign our Pet Policy upon Check-in.
Payment Policy
In effort to maintain the quality of our guest rooms, we will require a pre-authorized $500.00 damage deposit per room to cover any potential costs due to damage and/or mischief.
