Terms & Conditions
DRESS CODE & GUEST INFORMATION
Proper dress code is required at all times. Please ensure that your guests are made aware of the club’s dress code policies prior to their stay. Dress code restricts any kind of denim, cargo pants and shorts, leisure attire and men’s hats in the Clubhouse. If any guest is violating the dress code, he or she will be asked to change. The full dress code and guest policies can be viewed under GUEST INFORMATION on the website at www.rtjgc.com.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am. An additional cost of $50 will be charged to the Member's account for check-outs after 11:00am when a late check-out has not been previously requested. If arriving prior to 3:00pm, you may leave your bags in the Valet Closet until your room is ready. If playing golf the day of check-out, luggage should be brought down to the Front Desk and the clubhouse staff will store the luggage in our Valet Closet. If an early check-in or late check-out is needed, please contact the Front Desk for availability.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Please contact our Director of Events to schedule any meals during your stay. If you are staying in one of the cottages in our rental pool, the refrigerator will be stocked with assorted non-alcoholic beverages, domestic & imported beer, house red & white wine, and 375mL liquor bottles, all of which are charged per consumption. All cottages are privately owned by members, and we request that you do not drink the owner's liquor.

Payment Policy
Additional taxes and services fees are not reflected in the above rates. Charges for overnight suites and cottages will be billed to the member's account.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee for reservations cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours may be charged to the Member's account.
