Visual and audible fire alarm. ​The door widths are 34 inches.  Restroom includes toilet grab bars, shower grab bars, floating sink, and shower chair and long shower head hose. Door handles are accessible levers.

• Check-in is 3 pm & check-out time is 11 am. Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the manager
• Photo ID proof compulsory for all occupants
• Smoking in your room or housing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $100 for deep cleaning
• Robinhood Resort is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property
• The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred

• Resort Rooms, Non-Holidays - 4 days prior to arrival: No charge to cancel; 3 days prior to arrival: First night is non-refundable
• Rental Homes, Non-Holidays - 31 days prior to arrival: No charge to cancel; 30-15 days prior to arrival: First night is non-refundable; 14 days prior to arrival: First night is non-refundable plus additional fees
• Premium Holidays -  Premium holidays require a deposit of 50% of the total amount due, payable at time reservation is made; this is non-refundable
• We can always check availability on another date to change your reservation instead of cancelling. To avoid cancellation charges, please contact us 4 days prior to your arrival
