Terms & Conditions

Rates and availability are subject to change. Reservations are available through our website www.rockypointoregon.com or by calling our facility at 541-356-2287. All reservations are secured with a credit/debit card or a cash deposit which is equivalent to the amount of the stay. There is no refund for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. $25 administrative fee will be imposed on cancellation with more than 30 days notice. Changes to the reservation is acceptable 30 days prior to arrival with $20 change fee.. There is no refund for early departure. All rooms are non-smoking inside. All guests and pets must be registered, unregistered guest or pet fee is $50 per guest or per pet. Quiet time is 10:00PM - 7:00AM. Violations are subject to a fee of $100 to $500.
One car per room, per cabin or per RV spot. $5 for each additional car or trailer a day.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit / debit cards. All reservation must be secured with a credit or debit card and full payment will be charged at time of registration. Please call for other payment options.

Cancellation Policy
