Terms & Conditions

Rates and availability are subject to change. Reservations are available through our website www.rockypointoregon.com or by calling our facility at 541-356-2287. All reservations are secured with a credit/debit card or a cash deposit which is equivalent to the amount of the stay. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. 30 days prior to arrival, all balance will be charged. There is no refund for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. $25 administrative fee will be imposed on cancellation with more than 30 days notice. Changes to the reservation is acceptable 30 days prior to arrival with $20 change fee.. There is no refund for early departure. All rooms are non-smoking inside. All guests and pets must be registered, unregistered guest or pet fee is $50 per guest or per pet. Quiet time is 10:00PM - 7:00AM. Violations are subject to a fee of $100 to $500.
One car per room, per cabin or per RV spot. $5 for each additional car or trailer a day.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit / debit cards. All reservation must be secured with a credit or debit card and full payment will be charged at time of registration. Please call for other payment options.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. $25 administrative fee will be imposed on cancellation with more than 30 days notice. Changes to the reservation is acceptable 30 days prior to arrival with $20 change fee.
