Important Notice -
Photographic Identification must be presented on arrival at hotel reception - Valid photographic drivers Licence or photographic passport / photographic Identity card. Without this guest access will be denied with no refund, please see cancellation policy's - these now apply
If you have booked with breakfast included in your room rate, we offer a fresh continental buffet from 7.30-10am each day included in your price, and for those who would like a hot option, we have a lovely café, call The Wee Cafe just a few steps away at an addental cost. Guests must advice hotel reception staff on arrival of breakfast times if applicable
Third party bookings must contact the hotel directly to advise of guest arrival details - name of guests arriving, and payment details. Guests arriving on a different name than their booking details must present original booking.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult of 21 years or older, and a maximum of 3 children per adult, as family rooms only hold 4 persons per room maximum.
This is a no smoking premises -Any persons smoking in the building will occur a £100 fine which will be debited from their account.
Payment Policy
Payments for all room types must be made on arrival or at the time of booking if non- refundable.
We accept Debit/ Credit card or cash with no extra charges or Amex with an addition bank charge.
Please note - Guests paying cash on arrival will also be asked to present a copy of a bank card and ID for security reasons- Without this guest access will be denied with no refund, please see cancellation policy's - these now apply
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of Arrival a charge of one night’s accommodation will be made. Should we receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, we will charge for every room night booked.
Please note our Reception hours are from 08:00am to 23:00pm daily. If you will be arriving or departing outside of these hours please contact us in advance so that arrangements can be made for you.
