TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Two-Night minimum during Fall/Winter/Spring months
Four-Night minimum during Summer
A 20% Non-refundable deposit is required in advance to guarantee your reservation as a commitment for the full period requested. Balance of payment is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. To cancel or re-schedule, please contact the office with a written notice of cancellation or dates to reschedule. All payments processed are non-refundable. Early departures will be considered as booked nights and no credit will be issued.

ROOM RATES, TAXES & FEES:
Rental Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per cottage/home per night and are based on the occupancies set for each cottage. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates do not include a 10.5% city tax. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increase will be passed on to the guest. Private homes are subject to a cleaning fee of $160 for the Monte Vista townhome, and $500 for the La Jolla Scenic Estate. ($85 cleaning fee if adding the additional Studio Apartment at the La Jolla Scenic home).

PAYMENTS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept Third-Party Credit Cards. At check-in, Guests MUST have a Valid Picture ID & matching Credit Card.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Rental rates are based on the occupancy set for each cottage. An additional charge of $50 plus tax for each extra adult guest per night. Check with reservations for details.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in Time starts at 4 pm. After-hours check-in is available. Please notify the office of your estimated arrival time. Must be 21 to check-in with a valid picture ID and the same credit card used to secure the reservation. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am. Please see the check-out procedure for the Home
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Damaged or missing items from the private home post-check-out will be charged to your credit card on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS:
We are a 100% smoke-free home . Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on all patios or balconies. We request all guests adhere to this policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any substance, a recovery fee of $250 per room will be charged to the credit card to cover extra cleaning & deodorizing of room & furnishings.

PET POLICY:
We do not allow pets excluding Service Animals. Guests who require service animals must make the office aware prior to arrival. Guests must always have their service animal under control and the service animal must always wear its vest while on property. Owners of service animals are responsible for any damages that may be caused.

QUIET HOURS:
All outside noise should be kept to a minimum during our quiet hours of
10:00 pm and 7:00 am. No Parties or Events.

Payment Policy

Rustic Experience Guest Ranch accepts these cards and retains the right to hold a portion of the payment until you arrive.

All reservations to be confirmed require a credit card as a guarantee, the establishment will pre-authorize 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
