Policies

Possible Under-staffing, coupled with COVID sanitizing may result in delayed check-in times; the room MAY NOT be ready by 3:00pm. Parking should be available after 12:00pm. We apologized for the inconvenience, and will work diligently to safely clean and sanitize the unit in a timely manner.

* Parking may be available before room is ready.

-Must be 21+ years old to check-in

NO PETS, NO SMOKING; $250+ cleaning fee for smoke odor (cigarettes and/or marijuana) inside the room + any resulting loss of income.

-Minimum $35 charge for excess dishes in sink, and extra for excessively untidy units.

-1 car per unit only (2 for apartments/cottage)

-Strict noise policy, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere
*Guest who cause noise complaints may be asked to leave

-Up to Two Children under 13 years of age stay for free, teenagers and older incur an extra $15/night charge
*Example: If there are 3 Children under the age of 13, there would be a $15/night fee

Payment Policy

A one night deposit is required to secure your reservation for stays under 7 nights.

Two nights' deposit required for 7+ night stay in the motel.

For the Cottage and Apartments we require 50% deposit, and balance paid upon arrival.

Balance must be paid in full upon arrival.
Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS after balance is paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Under 7 Night Stay
-Cancellations under 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit their one night deposit.

7+ Night Stay
-Cancellations under 30 days or under will forfeit their two night deposit.

Cottages and Apartments
-Cancellations under 45 days will forfeit their deposit. Beyond this time frame will result in a $100 fee.

Cancellations outside these time frames will result in a $25 fee per room for stays under 7 nights- and $50 per room over 7 nights. $100 for larger units

Cancelling nights from a reservation previously made will result in a $50 fee per night if made under 14 days prior to arrival. If this results in your reservation being under the minimum stay; your reservation will be cancelled.
