Terms & Conditions

Thanks for choosing Sands of Islamorada, we will do our best to make your stay pleasant. 50% deposit of total cost is required during high season, holidays/special events. $100.00 security deposit is required for all rentals and it will be refunded after room inspection. Hotel facilities are for register guest only! Friends and visitors not staying with us are not permitted or allowed.
PARKING:(1) ONE parking space per room. Parking permit must be on dash board at all times. All others will be towed away at their own expenses. Sands of Islamorada Hotel, management or representative assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause. Due to our petite size Hotel, reservations require a (1) one night NONE refundable deposit per rented room; reservation payment is due at the time of booking or the reservation is not confirmed. Final Payment: for reservations made 3 days or less prior to guest arrival, full payment is due to: Sands of Islamorada, at the time the reservation is booked. A one-night price fee will not be refunded for all cancellations and a $55.00 for every other night 5 days or less prior to guest arrival, the full price is non-refundable. Changes to Reservation-made 10 days or less prior to guest arrival that results in a change of days or room, a service fee of $15.00 will be charged. Such service fees must be paid in addition to any increase in the package price resulting from the change. No refunds will be given for reservations canceled, even if is prior to guest arrival or to no-shows. Any other credit or refunds allowed by Sands of Islamorada its sole discretion.
PETS: $20 per pet per day, Only friendly and well-behaved pets and breads. All others will not be permitted. Pets must be cleaned and vaccinated. No pets over 45 pounds, no more than 2 pets per room. No unfriendly pets allowed. Pets must be on a leash at all times when in common areas, and you must pick up after your pet. Guest with pets- must adhere to the pet's rules and regulations and are fully liable and responsible for their pet's actions, behavior or damages. Sands of Islamorada, is release from any claim, demand or liability. Guest certifies that vaccinations are up to date. BOATS: $15.00 per boat, per night. Maximum 21 feet. Sands of Islamorada hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries. Only boat owners allowed to bring their boat. We are a peaceful and quite hotel and we want to keep it that way. If you are making excessive noise or disturbing the tranquility of other guest, we might charge you $50.00 to your account for compensation to the other guest or ask you to leave our premises without any refund. CHECK OUT TIME:IS AT 11:00am please ask our front desk manager if there is a possibility for a late check out at an additional fee. Additional fees of $100.00 per hour will automatically be applied to late check outs per room that decides to stay without management authorization. Your personal belonging will be removed from the room after checking out time and Sands of Islamorada hotel assumes no responsibility for personal belongings. Please be considerate with other guest and housekeepers. For the security and comfort of all, we hope you have a great time at Sands!

Payment Policy

(1) one night none refundable deposit is required for all reservations. We only accept cash or mayor credit cards. No personal check or travelers check.
