Terms & Conditions

General Policies
1. Please note our Inn and premises are smoke-free.
2. Our accommodations are not suitable for children under the age of 12.
3. We cannot accommodate pets.
4. Check in is between 3 and 7 PM. Please call us if you plan to be later than that.

As of Monday, March 22, 2021, all visitors entering Massachusetts, including returning residents, are advised to quarantine for 10 days upon their arrival. Travelers in the following categories are exempt from this quarantine advisory:
• Travelers who have received a negative COVID-19 result within 72 hours prior to their arrival, or, after arrival, upon receiving a negative test result.
• Travelers who are fully vaccinated (i.e. who have received two doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines OR who have received a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, 14 days or more ago) and who do not have symptoms.
• Anyone who is entering Massachusetts for fewer than 24 hours.
• Anyone who is returning to Massachusetts after being out of the State for fewer than 24 hours.
• Workers who enter Massachusetts to perform critical infrastructure functions (as specified by the Federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) during required commuting to or from work and while at work.

Reservation Policies
1. All rates are per room based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $25 per person will be added for extra guests.
2. A state and local room tax of 11.7% will be added to all room rates.
3. Cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex are accepted.
4. A one night deposit may be charged 14 days prior to arrival. The balance is paid on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies

1. Our cancellation policy requires a fourteen-day notice of your change of plans, or successful rental of your room, for your entire reservation period for deposit to be returned.

2. The cancellation fee is $25.00.
