Our reception hours are from 7am-9pm.
Check in time: 3pm-9pm
Check out time: 7am-11am
Please let us know in advance your requirements for check in or check out outside of our reception hours.
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
A one night deposit is required to reserve your room during the Green Season, and a two night deposit is required during the High Season and Holiday Periods.
Deposits can be paid with a credit card (Visa, Master Card accepted).
If your credit card authorization fails for any reason, we will contact you immediately. If we are unable to contact you, or a valid payment method is not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Deposits are refundable according to the table below for regular direct Bookings. (not applicable for OTA, Travel Agencies)
- Cancellation 30 or more days prior to your scheduled stay: $50 administration fee
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days prior to your scheduled stay: one-night stay charge
- Cancellation 14 or less days prior to your scheduled stay or no shows: 100% of the intended stay.
- All cancellations must be made in writing
- By sending us your credit card info for deposit, you confirm you have read and agreed to our cancellation/reservation policy.
During the high season reservations are accepted for stays of two nights or more.
- For groups or whole house, special reservation and cancellation policies apply, please contact us for more details.
IMPORTANT: Different rates and policies may apply during Special Holiday Periods or Special Events, including minimum stay requirements and pre-payment conditions.
Attention Jubilados and Pensionados of Panama: Jubilado Discounts are only applicable on the rack rates or full rates shown on your availability inquiry.You will find these rates under "Full Rate" next to the corresponding dates. Jubilado discounts are not applicable the promotional rates listed in our website or internet special rates on Expedia or Booking.com Please contact us for more information on Jubilado Discounts.

We have a 30 days cancellation policy for travel agents and tour operators.
No refunds for cancellations within 30 days or less from scheduled arrival dates.
Cancellations 31 days or more before scheduled arrival will have a refund minus a $40.00 plus 7% tax administration fee.
Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior scheduled arrival by credit card or transfer from local bank.
In case of international transfer, we require an extra $40.00 for banking fees
