Terms and Conditions
Damages Policy – we reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate ,
negligent or reckless act of the guest to Seascapes property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed we
reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card or send an invoice for the amount to a registered address.
Removal of Seascape’s property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the
premises by them without consent. The charge will be for the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.
Should the missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests’ credit/debit card or send
an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Polite notice: Please note we have an adorable dog that lives in the private quarters of the Seascape house (not allowed in the bedrooms)
Noise - we reserve the right to require guests who behave inappropriately to leave the premises
Please note, guests use of balconies, outside areas and facilities (including hot tub) at their own risk. Under no circumstances must guests
touch or lean on any of the glass balconies.
Car Parking – Cars parked on the land belonging to Seascape (left hand side of metal drain) are parked at owners risk. We do not accept any
liability for any damages, loss or injury to any guests unless a deliberate act by ourselves.
Payment terms – Full payment is to be made at point of booking and is required to guarantee a reservation.
Full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to your check in date. If payment is not received your booking will be cancelled and we reserve the right to re-let the Seascape suite
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy - Guest Cancellation.
In the event that you are unable to use your reservation with Seascape due to restrictions relating to Covid 19, we would like to advise that we reserve the right to retain all monies paid and an alternative date, at your convenience, will be arranged for your reservation to take place. Under this policy no return of funds will be issued to the customer and we will endeavour to find an appropriate date that for which you can use your reservation. We will allow a notice period of 14 days in relation to any bookings affected by Covid 19 unless government guidelines are changed or amended during this timeframe.
This cancellation policy supersedes the cancellation policy below pertaining to the cancellation of your reservation. All additional administration charges remain active and valid in the event of an attempted cancellation.
Recognising the need for more flexibility, we have made some amendments with regards to re-arranging bookings. All our rates now offer the ability to amend on a like for like basis right up to 48 hours to the day of planned arrival.
If you need to amend an existing booking, the easiest and fastest way is to send a message via the website or contact us through our social channels or by phone.
Cancellation Policy – Guest Cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, a £50 administration charge will be applied on top of any monies already paid. We reserve the right to keep all
deposits which are non refundable where a cancellation is made within 60 days of the date of staying. Full payment will be required where a
cancellation is made within this period subject to the owner’s discretion .
Guests failing to arrive, without notification, will be charged the full rate of their reservation and we reserve the right to charge the guest
credit/debit card or send an invoice for any outstanding balances.
Cancellation by Us – Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. We will only refund the amount paid (for those nights cancelled). Our liability will not extend beyond this.
Cancellation policy continued – We take all Bookings in good faith, as we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or
non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with Seascape or any other booking provider (such as Booking.com for example) for either accommodation or goods, services, meals or drinks that are pre
booked (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract. For this reason we advise that you take out a suitable insurance product to cover
against unexpected costs such as cancellation fees. Cancellation by us – Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking (due to
reasons within our control) we will contact you as soon as possible and any payments made to us will be refunded in full. Our liability will not
extend beyond these conditions.
Cancellations beyond our control, We urge clients to take out the appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking .
