We welcome you to Maine’s Lakes Region and beautiful Sebago Lake! Sebago Lake Lodge & Cottages is located on a lush point of land that juts out into Sebago Lake in Standish, Maine. You can enjoy the tranquility of the lake punctuated by the call of the loons. Relax by the lake, fish, swim, or use our complimentary canoes and kayaks. Barbecue on the lawn in front of your cottage or enjoy a roaring fire in our outdoor fireplace. Bring back fond memories of your childhood and make new memories with your family!
Guests can choose from accommodations in our Main Lodge or Guest House, or from one of our many housekeeping cottages. With our location on the Sebago Basin, all rooms and cottages have a view of the Lake. We are minutes from shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and we are centrally located for easy trips to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Old Port in Portland, or outlet shopping in Kittery, Freeport, or North Conway.
Visit us in the spring or fall for off-season rates! Save an average of 30% by staying in April, May, early June, September or October. Enjoy spring fishing, hiking and shopping – beat the crowds and the heat! In the fall come and see Maine’s beautiful foliage and visit our country fairs. There is something for everyone at Sebago Lake Lodge & Cottages.

Terms & Conditions
Unwind and recharge at our lakeside property. Rooms in the Main Lodge and Guest House have kitchenettes, private bathrooms, all linens are provided and most have porches. All have views of the lake. Our housekeeping cottages are 1 and 2 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchens. Pillows and blankets are in the cottages and guests supply sheets, towels and papergoods. (Linens can be set up for a fee) The cottages are pet friendly for a fee. Picnic tables and charcoal grills are available and a large communal fireplace for use by all guests. This is a great gathering place in the evenings for cocktails and to share stories.
Complimentary wifi, canoes, kayaks and cable tv. Supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, laundry, movies, funpark, fishing and hiking are close by. We have a sandy swim area on the property there is a beautiful State Park on the lake. This is the perfect location for weddings, family reunions, girl/guy weekends, family vacation or a romantic getaway. Dockage is available if you choose to bring your own boat---boat rentals are close by also!! We are 1/2 hour from the Portland Jetport. Please give prior notice for late arrival.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required for each stay. We request payment in full upon arrival. All rates are subject to 9% lodging tax.
Cancellation Policy

Four weeks prior to reserved date, a full refund less 20% service charge of the total rental will be made if the room / cottage is re-rented. Your payment will not be refundable after the 4 week deadline. No refunds on early check-outs.
