Shearwater Resort LLP

Shearwater Resort is a Heiltsuk owned and operated remote Resort Community located on Denny Island on the Central Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Our Resort offers authentic Indigenous ecotours and excursions, guided fishing trips, day trips, and more.

Our amenities include the fine dining Oceanfront Lodge Restaurant, the rustic Fishermans Bar & Grill, a grocery and liquor store, post office, marine hardware store, laundromat, coffee ship, full service marine shipyard and marina, and the Sacred Cedar Spa located inside the Oceanfront Lodge.

No matter where you are on the Island, the ocean views, sunrises & sunsets are unsurpassed.

We offer a full-service Marina with 1500ft of moorage space equipped with shore power & water. Our dedicated Fishing Department will happily take care of all your fishing needs from equipment to cleaning, freezing, vacuum packing & shipping. Our Marine Operations are available to deal with any of your vessel repairs, big or small.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, late check-in is available upon request with prior arrangement.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM, late check-out is available upon request with prior arrangement.

Room rates are based on Double Occupancy, additional charges apply to extra guests subject to the maximum occupancy per room.

Taxes of 13% (5% GST & 3% Hotel Room Tax) are applied with each reservation.

Smoking policy: We proudly offer 100% smoke-free rooms & buildings.

Pet Policy: Pets allowed. A $50.00 one-time cleaning fee applies to all pet stays, limited rooms are available for pet stays due to allergy concerns.

Seabus cost is $ 10.00 each way per person and has to be paid directly with the Sea bus driver.

Payment Policy

CANCELLATION
Thank you for choosing Shearwater Resort for your upcoming visit.

We are pleased to confirm the above accommodations for you. Should your travel plans change, and you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so seven days before your arrival date to avoid billing your credit card. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 7 days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund, and any thing less than 7 days is 50% of your scheduled reservations.

No refunds will be issued for early check out during peak season.

In case of NO SHOW, no refunds will be processed.
