*All guests must read and understand the Shelton Inn Rules upon arrival. A non-debit credit card and a VALID form of ID is required, GUEST MUST BE 20 YEARS or OLDER to register. Under-aged guests must always be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss from any cause. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED AND RECIEVED THE ROOM KEY(S), THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK OUTS. By signing this form, you agree to all Policies, Guest Rules, Terms and Conditions, and any charges or fees incurred during your stay. A copy of the Guest Rules is available at the front desk. NO CHECK-INS AFTER 9:30PM. IF ARRIVING AFTER 9PM CALL FOR LOCK BOX INFO.

*PET-friendly rooms may ONLY be reserved by calling the hotel directly at (360) 426-4468 and subject to availability. Any reservations made via booking websites may be cancelled with fees, if any pets are present. We only accept dogs. There is a fee of $30 PER DOG, PER NIGHT. NO 'VISITOR' dogs are allowed.

EXTRA FEES:
$150 fee charged due to smoking in non-smoking rooms, pet-related mess, property damages, excessive mess, unregistered dogs, etc.
$60 fee for each lost or stolen key.
$20 fee for late check-out, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, you will be charged full rate.
* By removing any item from the room, you agree to purchase that item. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Payment Policy

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Credit Cards. If the word 'Debit' is printed on the card, or card contains the Debit Logo, it may be rejected.

We do not accept cash, debit, prepaid cards, gift cards, or checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation with us, please do so by 2:00 PM the day BEFORE arrival to avoid charges to your card.

Cancellations made on the date of arrival will be charged a fee, up to the full reservation amount.

Any guest arriving after 9:00 PM must contact our office at (360) 426-4468 to arrange for a late check-in. If guests have not made contact with our office and have not arrived by 9:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled and charged the full room rate.
