Payment Policy
All bookings include 13% Government tax, 10% Service charge.
Methods of Payment:
Cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All rates quoted and payable in US dollars.
A 3-night deposit is required to secure your reservation of up to nine nights.
For reservations of 10 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking and for early departures.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 60 (sixty) days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations received inside the 60-day cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Special conditions apply for the Christmas/New Year:
The deposit is only refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 90 (ninety) days prior to the arrival date. Minimum stay between December 23rd to January 5th is 7 nights.
Shoal Bay Villas is a small property and late cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we strictly maintain this policy.
Please note, as of October 2023, Shoal Bay Villas is now a non-smoking property.
