Nestled beneath the swaying palms in the middle of one of the world’s best beaches, each of our 23 comfortable apartments includes a fully equipped kitchen, balcony or porch with views of our freshwater pool or the exquisite dazzling white sand and pristine turquoise waters of Shoal Bay East.
Room types include studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms - located either oceanfront, poolside or garden view.

Politiche di pagamento
All bookings include 13% Government tax, 10% Service charge.
Methods of Payment:
Cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All rates quoted and payable in US dollars.
A 3-night deposit is required to secure your reservation of up to nine nights.
For reservations of 10 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original booking and for early departures.
Condizioni di cancellazione
The deposit is refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 60 (sixty) days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations received inside the 60-day cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Special conditions apply for the Christmas/New Year:
The deposit is only refundable, less a $100.00 cancellation fee if your cancellation is received 90 (ninety) days prior to the arrival date. Minimum stay between December 23rd to January 5th is 7 nights.
Shoal Bay Villas is a small property and late cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we strictly maintain this policy.
Please note, as of October 2023, Shoal Bay Villas is now a non-smoking property.
