Terms & Conditions

BOOKING SPECIFICS
* Check-In time is between 14:00 - 19:30 - Should you be arriving later than 19:30 please inform us of your arrival time so that we may accommodate.
* Check-Out is at 10:00am
* Arrivals after 18:00pm, the main gate is closed after 18:00pm. When arriving at the gate please hoot/honk and security will open the gate for you and show you to the reception.

OFFICE HOURS
* Our office is open all week from 6.30 am to 9 pm. There is always staff on sight and are therefore available for emergencies.

RESTAURANT
* We have a Restaurant on site which offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Last order at 8pm). Please let us know if you would like to have dinner with us so we can make a reservation for you. We can also send you our menu so you can place your order and we will have it ready for you on arrival or at agreed time.

WIFI
* There is FREE Wifi at the Lodge. . Please also note that caused by heavy thunderstorms and other reasons out of our control, Wifi can be out at times. This is something we are trying to overcome, but for now we have very limited options of internet providers for our location. We are grateful for your understanding.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT POLICY

The booking will only be confirmed once 50% deposit is received via credit card, EFT or cash deposit.
- In case of an online booking, your card can be charged at any point after the reservation has been made.

Cancellation Policy

APPLICABLE CANCELLATION POLICY

*Up to 31 days before date of arrival your reservation is 100% refundable.

* If your reservation is cancelled or modified later than 31 days before date of arrival, 50% of the booking total will be charged.

*If your reservation is cancelled or modified later than 7 days before date of arrival, 100% percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
