PARTYING IN SUITE
SJG Boutique Hotel enforces a strict no party policy. To ensure the enjoyment of all guests, we ask you to adhere to our quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise within common areas to be respectful of other guests.
IF GUEST FAILS TO ADHERE TO OUR NO PARTY POLICY, SITE REMOVAL MAY OCCUR AND ALL FEES FORFEITED. (ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES AND/OR DAMAGES MAY APPLY) IN THE EVENT OTHER GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AFFECTED, YOU MAY BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPENSATION OF THEIR STAY.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
THE ENTIRE ST. JAMES GATE FACILITIES ARE NON-SMOKING. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO OUR NON-SMOKING POLICY, WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES AND A MINIMAL $500 SMOKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES DUE TO CLEANING AND/OR REPAIRS DUE TO SMOKE DAMAGE.

PET POLICY
Upon request, St. James Gate Boutique Hotel may allow 1 small (20lbs or below) domestic dog.
Pet Fee - $35/day Tax and $100 Refundable Pet Deposit.
ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. UNAUTHORIZED PETS MAY BE SUBJECT TO $500 FEE.

Payment Policy
Payment processed at 8:00 AM 2 days prior to arrival day. Reservations arriving less than 48 hours of check-in, payment taken at time of booking.
Guests are required to provide a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Travellers who cancel 48 hours or more before 8:00AM (AST) on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
TRAVELLERS WHO CANCEL LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE 8:00AM (AST) ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL; INCLUDING NO SHOW RESERVATIONS.
