Flight numbers if our airport transfer is required

Any dietary requirements?
if booking in summer season are you bringing bikes with you ? Yes or No ?

If booking in winter ski season please answer the following :

Any ski lessons required?

Any ski hire required?

Any lift passes to be ready for arrival?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We require £200 or €200 depending if you are paying in Pounds sterling or euros per person as a deposit to secure the booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Deposits are non-refundable by us and we insist you take out a travel insurance upon booking in the event of a cancellation you can then make a claim as refunds are not possible.

Payment of a deposit or if within 8 weeks of travel, full payment of the holiday, shall constitute the basis of the contract between the Party Leader (the Client) and us Chalet Bluebell subject to these Booking Conditions and the descriptions of the accommodation and services given on this website - https://cateredchaletlesgets.com/hotel-term-condition-2/
The contract shall exist when payment has been received by us from you The Client, and a Confirmation and Invoice has been sent to you The Client by us.

Please check your Confirmation and Invoice very carefully to see that all details are correct. Please contact us immediately if any information is incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. We cannot accept liability should you fail to notify us more than ten days after receipt of the invoice.

Deposits and Final balances can be paid by

Credit Card simply give Jane a call on 0033 450 04 49 76 or 0033 619 43 12 67 and give her a credit card number which we will take the balance in euros at the days rate of exchange.

Please note for clients paying in UK pounds the rate of exchange on the day of each payment applies. We are not responsible and can not help the fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

The resort of Les Gets charges 0.90 cents per person per night for the Tax de Sejour which is added to the final bill.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU TAKE OUT A TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY AT THE TIME YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT as refunds are now not applicable.

Your final balance payment of the holiday price is due 8 weeks before you are due to arrive.
