For all bookings no pets or smoking on the property is allowed.

Lodge Guest Suite Rules
On the second floor of the Lodge is a private guest suite (“the Suite”), which includes a queen- sized bed, sitting areas, bathroom, and kitchenette. The Suite is Strata common property.
1. The Suite may be reserved by an Owner or Tenant residing at Spuraway Gardens for their guest(s) on a short-term basis, subject to Terms and Conditions, Strata Bylaws, and Rules.
2. Short-term basis is considered to be a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of seven (7) consecutive calendar days.
3. The fee for renting the suite is $100 per night with an additional $60 cleaning fee.
4. If the Suite is rented for 7 days, the owner or tenant renting the suite will receive $50 off the price of the rental.
5. To reserve the Suite, an Owner or Tenant must submit a signed application form along with payment as least two weeks in advance. The application form contains the specific Terms and Conditions of use.
6. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are not final until they are confirmed by the Strata Council or designate and payment in full has been received.
7. The standard booking fee includes a maximum of two people, including at least one adult. Up to two additional minors may also stay in the Suite, at an additional cost of ten dollars ($10) person (minor); up to a maximum of two (2).
8. Use of the Suite does not include use of the main floor of the Lodge other than in accordance with Lodge Rules, including being accompanied by a Resident.
9. The Owner is responsible for ensuring their guests have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and for the conduct of their guests while using the Suite.
10. Guest check-in time is between 4:00pm and 10:00pm. Check-out time is no later than 11:00am.
11. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the Lodge or common property in accordance with Strata Bylaw 3.7.
Note the evacuation procedures displayed in the Suite. In the event of an emergency during the rental, call 911 for fire, ambulance or police and notify the Owner and the Resident Manager.

Private Function Use
1. The main floor of the Lodge may be reserved for private functions, subject to availability, Terms and Conditions of use, Strata Bylaws, and a maximum of 60 people in attendance.
2. An Owner or Tenant may apply to use the Lodge for a private function.
3. Fees for using the Lodge for a private function are $150.
4. To reserve the Lodge for a private function, an Owner or Tenant must submit a signed application form with payment at least two weeks in advance of the function date. The application form contains the specific Terms and Conditions of use.
5. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are not final until they are confirmed by the Strata Council or designate and payment in full has been received.
6. Use of the Lodge for private function purposes is available between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00pm daily.
7. Users must clean up appropriately after use in accordance with Terms and Conditions.

Guest Suite check-in time is between 4:00pm and 10:00pm. Check-out time is no later than 11:00am.

Use of the Lodge for private function purposes is available between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00pm daily.

Politique d'annulation

Cancellations up to one week before the booking will receive a full refund. 2-6 days before the booking will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund issued if a booking is canceled on the day before.
