Property Information
The Star & Garter, sat on the water's edge of Falmouth harbour offers two beautiful apartments. Marrying the heritage nautical theme of the pub below, the penthouse and crow's nest both have huge bay windows with sweeping views of the harbour. Guests can now enjoy the full Star & Garter experience, and that could mean waking up and nipping downstairs after a good night's sleep for a coffee or even a cheeky Bloody Mary, before enjoying a leisurely three course lunch in the restaurant. Or it could just mean an afternoon in front of the pub fire with a good book, a cheeseboard and a bottle of wine before heading back upstairs and using the open plan kitchens to cook up a feast of your own.

Terms & Conditions
1.1 Children are not accepted in any of the apartments.
1.2 Pets are not accepted in any of the apartments, except for guide dogs.
1.3 The Star & Garter is a smoke free premises and smoking is not permitted. Smoking in a room will incur an additional cleaning charge of £140.00 to render the apartment smoke free again.
1.4 Star & Garter cannot accept responsibility for any material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property and its plumbing, gas, electrical, or otherwise, or exceptional weather.
1.5 No responsibility is accepted for the loss or damage of property, vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to the guest or any of the party during occupancy.
1.6 We regret there is no parking on site.
1.7 If due to reasons beyond the control of Star & Garter, the accommodation is not available whatsoever, Star & Garter will refund the deposit, but Star & Garter will be under no further liability towards you.
1.8 Star & Garter reserves the right to refuse any bookings.
1.9 Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately.
Payment Policy
1. PAYMENT
1.1 Full balance is payable 14 days before check in.
1.2 Any special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and if conditions are not fully met, then the standard tariff will apply.
1.3 Booking alterations must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival and will be subject to the agreement of Star & Garter bookings management.
Cancellation Policy
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Cancellations must be received in writing to booking@starandgarterfalmouth.co.uk
2.2 Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival, will forfeit 100% of the total cost of the stay, in the event we are unable to re-let the apartment.
2.3 If cancelling with 14 days of arrival the total cost is payable at the time of cancellation, in the event the room is re-let we will refund any monies owed, less any commission from other booking sites.
2.4 Monies paid at the time of booking are non-transferrable, nor will be given as a credit.
2.4 Altering dates of the stay within 14 days of original arrival date will forfeit 100% of the total cost of the stay in the event the room in not re-let for the original dates.
