Terms & Conditions

The St Clair Guest House serves the Warren Wilson College community. We welcome current and prospective members of the Warren Wilson community and their family members, staff/faculty/volunteer family and friends, alumni, as well as visitors having business with the college.

Because the Guest House office is not staffed around the clock, we are unable to take reservations with less than a twenty-four hour notice, and responses to requests may not occur until the next business day. We are generally not able to accommodate walk-ins or same day reservations, except in emergency situations. Stays are generally a maximum of five days, except by special arrangements made in advance or in emergency situations. A two-night minimum stay is required to reserve Apartments 1 and 2.

Animal Policy:
We welcome service animals but are unable to accommodate pets or emotional support animals. Please contact our office for recommendations for nearby pet accommodations.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of the confirmed reservation. A booking indicates acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. An additional 7% sales tax will be added to the final booking charge, through Square, our credit card processing system.

There is a $10 cleaning fee for the rooms and a $35 cleaning fee for the apartments, per booking. Currently, we're having difficulty with our booking site displaying that information correctly. That charge will be included on the invoice from Square.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know, via email - stclair@warren-wilson.edu - if you won’t be able to honor your reservation.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your arrival date will be charged a minimum of one (1) night and there will be a two (2) night room charge for cancellation of bookings for five (5) nights and longer.
