Terms & Conditions
Your package includes: airport/mainland transfers, valet luggage service, coffee and juice every morning delivered to your private deck, 3 delicious meals each day, coffee, tea, water, first rum punch per guest each day, unlimited use of kayaks, Hobie cats, windsurf boards, onsite snorkel & fishing equipment, and wireless internet service in the lounge. The accompanying email message shows any other requested pre-paid inclusions in your package, such as diving, snorkeling, massage and spa services, in-room mini bar, lounge drinks, inland or sea excursions and guided fishing.
Payment Policy
Your reservation can be confirmed with receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of your total package cost. Thereafter the deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your package cost is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Our bank charges a 3% convenience fee for credit/debit card charges.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy was developed to be considerate to our Guests and our resort team:
• Cancelations within 24hours – full refund
• Cancelations more than 46 days prior to scheduled arrival – refund is 50% of your deposits paid.
• Cancelations between 15 and 45 days prior to scheduled arrival - refund is 33% of your deposits paid.
• Cancelations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival – refunds are not available
• Refunds not available for early departures.
• Cancellations must be in writing (email).
• Travel insurance is recommended.
