Terms & Conditions

Guests that make bookings made for St.Lawrence Residences & Suites through online websites must provide valid card information in order to ensure their reservation has been confirmed. The Hotel may pre-authorize the guest's credit card a value equal to one night stay prior to the guest's arrival to validate the credit card and confirm the reservation.

At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). St.Lawrence Residences & Suites will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details. Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.

You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the Hotel room, premises or property, or incurred by Hotel guests or third party, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and St.Lawrence Residences & Suites reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged.
-***We are a SMOKE-FREE property. No smoking in your rooms. Failure to comply with this policy shall entitles us to charge you a $150 SMOKE REMOVAL CHARGE.
- You may not bring pets into our Hotel: No pets allowed

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES:
Strict check-in and check-out policy. The guest may Check in (anytime after): 2:30 pm. Checkout (before):11 00 am.
Our reception hours are (Mon-Sat 2 30pm-10pm); If you arrive during non-office hours please give us a call 416-361-0053. We will provide you with self-check in instruction.

CHECK OUT: Guest must checkout by 11:00 am, late checkout may subject to nightly charge. Please speak with the receptionist for special checkout requests during check in.

PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment must be made upon the guests' arrival at the Hotel. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, credit/debit cards.

You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (drivers license, national registration identity card, passport or other government issued photo identification card).

Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show in respect of a booking and will result in the total payment of one night's stay under that Booking Confirmation ( together with any applicable tax paid) non-refundable.

Guest who cancel their booking 3 days prior to check in are allowed to cancel their booking with no penalty
