Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
We ask for a one night deposit to secure your booking. This can be done through our secure website by debit or credit card, BACS transfer or by cheque made payable to Stoneborough House. The balance is due on departure. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. (We are unable to accept AMEX or Diners Club cards).
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs more than one week prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded to the card from which payment was taken. Cancellation within seven days of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited. We will endeavour to relet the accommodation on your behalf and if successful will refund your deposit. To avoid loss of deposit we recommend that our guests take out insurance against cancellation.
