Terms & Conditions
A $60.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged immediately upon making a reservation.
Full payment is due up to 14 days in advance of the reservation.
Designated Quiet Time: 10pm-8am. This is to respect other guests and to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. We are a non-violence area. We reserve the right to request guests seek alternate accommodation without refund, if policies are not respected.
All cottages are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the cottages.
NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED
Maximum two guests per bed in the cottage, no extra guests permitted.
Check-in: anytime after 3pm (please do not arrive early, we need the time to prepare the cottages)
Check-out: 11 am
Please leave cottages tidy. (Dishes washed and put away, floors swept, surfaces wiped, garbage put out, recycle sorted and put in the bins by the boat launch)

Cancellation Policy
A $60.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged immediately upon making a reservation.
Full payment is due up to 14 days in advance of the reservation. A credit card is required for a reservation deposit. We accept debit ,Visa, Mastercard, etransfer, or cash. Cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date. A cancellation on our after 30 days of reservation - full amount of reservation will be applied to the credit card provided. No refund for late arrival/early departure.
