Check-in time 4 pm.
If you will be checking in after 9 pm you must let the manager know in advance. Check-out time is at 10 am. Due to the size of the house and the cleaning that has to be done late check-outs can not be accommodated
If there are any damages and or missing items will be deducted from your security deposit.
Payment Policy
Full house booking, minimum 3 night stay.
Security deposit of $1000 required to hold the dates. The deposit is refunded after inventory check and cleaning. Any missing items or damages will be deducted from that security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Damage deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. 90 days prior to check-in day 50% of payment is due and 30 days before check-in day the other 50% is due. Payments made outside of the 90 days are subject to a 100% discount. Payments taken within the 90 and 30-day due date are nonrefundable.
