No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one night stay.
ONLY Credit Card Is Accepted IF DEBIT Card $200.00 Deposit .For One day Stay.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
All rates are non-commission is able. No Pets are Allowed In Any Of the Rooms Excluding the Specified Dog Rooms, However All Dogs Must Be Declared At Time Of Check_in. No Pet Declaration Will Be Charged As Penalty $200.00.
All rooms are non-smoking and smoking must be done at designated place mention on the property.

This is legal Binding contractual relationship that supersedes all other agreements made prior to This including oral, written, electronic and third Parties agreements. you understand the agreement of relationship consists of the rights that Sundowner Motel is privately owned and hotel Management reserve rights to refuse service to anyone without refund of room rental cost and or incidental holds. All stays are paid in full upon check in. once refund will be issued. The hotel only agrees to rent room(s) if accurate information is provided by guest at check-in including but not limited to: Occupant(s), Company, Pet(s), Address, email, phone, Smocking, Visitor(s), Vehicle(s) room type, rate(s), which all must be accurately declared. All Vehicle(s) must be registered at desk with parking pass permit, otherwise will be towed at guest expense .A Valid credit card or cash hold is being offered for hotel to make charges against which is including but not Limited: room rental(s),tax(s),room service(s), Breakfast, Pet(s), Smocking, Room Extension(s), Storage Fee(s), telephone Charge(s), Transportation, Shipment(s), missing and/or damaged items, and damaged items and damage(s) to property sets forth by hotel as condition of renting a guest room(s). In the event credit card or cash exceeds limits in place or found to be invalid when attempting to be charged, your room keys will be deactivated and the required hold must be brought current to gain access to the guest room(s), including item(s) within room, until account is paid current Each room is inspected, thoroughly cleaned and inventoried following each check-out. We reserve the right to access guest room regardless of DND signs in cases of necessary welfare/emergency checks. the guest will be held responsible for missing items or damages caused by yourself, your family, pets or visitors and/or any illegal activity. Lost and Found items will be held for 72 hours. Any allergies will be declared prior to checking in, the Sundowner Motel will not be held accountable for any allergic reactions to guests renting the room or visitors. I further understand that in ALL public areas this property is audio and Video recorded. Recordings Will be used to help in legal investigations and recording will be available for four days since any event. Sundowner motel will not be held responsible for any damages/stolen of any vehicle or items on the property. By signing below, you agree to the terms of conditions of hotel in renting a room with Sundowner Motel Without dispute of any Kind. I also understand that I should not be moving any furniture inside the room.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be fully refunded, if cancled one day prior to arrival date before 2:0 Pm. No-shows and cancellations after 2.0 PM the day prior to your arrival date will be charged 100% of the first day of your reservation
