The Guest/s acknowledges that the establishment is a transient facility, the guest’s occupancy is permitted only in status of a transient guest and that no permanent residence is planned by guest or extended by the operator. The front desk clerk has completely explained to me the room charges and I agree and accept to the charges. The guest/s understands and agree that this location is a Hotel and it is not a permanent residence. Guest/s agree (s) not to use this location at any time as a permanent mailing address. Guest/s further agrees NOT to use this Hotel address on any binding, government, or private documentation this includes but is not limited to Drivers Licenses. After checking out, customer will not hold this Hotel or it’s affiliates, employees or contractors responsible for any personal belongings that get damaged, destroyed or discarded. Payment Policy
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Cash Payment Policy
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check in. In addition, a minimum $100 incidental deposit is required.
Deposit Policy
Cash-paying guests (without credit cards) must produce photo identification and a $100 security deposit, which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical or noise damages to other guests.
For prepaid reservations, the credit card used to make a reservation must be presented at check-in to verify identity, along with photo ID. Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation penalties, guaranteed reservations at the Sevilla Inn At The Falls must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 72-hours prior to arrival date. If you wish to cancel your reservation after 4:00pm on the day before arrival, a 1-night penalty will be applied.
