Terms & Conditions

The office is staffed from 10:00-3:00. We do not have a 24 hour front desk. If you have an emergency while you are at our property please call the number that is provided on the white board in the office area.

ADULTS ONLY, NO PETS ALLOWED

At the time of check in, go to the office. Your name and unit name will be on the board in front of the office door and an envelope will be on the doo of your unit. There will be a welcome letter and registration form in the envelope. Please sign the registration form and bring back to coral colored box located to the left of the office door. Your unit will be unlocked and the door lock code will be in your envelope

Check in begins at 3 P.M. and Check out is no later than 10 A.M. We ask that you honor these times, so we have the time necessary to clean the accommodations for the next guests. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in adhering to these times.

Checking in Check -ins after 4: At the day of check in your name will be on the office door and an envelope will be on your units door. There will be a welcome letter and registration form in the envelope. Please sign the registration form and bring back to bin left of office door. Your unit will be unlocked.

We do not have daily housekeeping, however guests may be financially responsible for excessive garbage/rubbish left as a result of the guests own negligence.

Please no smoking in the accommodations. Please do so on your porch or the common areas throughout the property.

We do not offer daily maid service, however if you would like fresh towels or linens please see us when we are in the office. *PLEASE NOTE In an effort to conserve water and be mindful of our resources, we kindly ask that you reuse towels when possible.

Please, NO PETS. Service pets ONLY. If you have a service pet, you must call our office prior to your arrival date. We have service pet specific rooms. If you do not call our office prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable pet fee.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN THE ALLOTTED NUMBER OF GUESTS IN YOUR ROOM, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RELOCATE TO ANOTHER PROPERTY PER THE FIRE MARSHAL. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Guests may only have ONE car on property, all others will be towed. You will be charged $20 per car per day. NON - ​REFUNDABLE. Please park in your assigned parking spot. You will be financially responsible for towing or parking in non-parking areas. Please put parking pass on dashboard so it is visible to staff. Limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RVs or boats.

We reserve the right to change accommodations or refuse service for any unregistered guests.

No refunds for early check outs.

NOTICE TO GUESTS:
• This property is privately owned.
• The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• The management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests.
• The management cannot be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
• Guest agrees to terms in confirmation letter and registration form.
• We reserve the right to change accommodations or refuse service for any unregistered guests.
• **NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUTS**
• Guests shall indemnify for any damage to the units, grounds, furnishings, equipment and household items therein, which occurs during the guest’s period of occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear.
• We do not have daily housekeeping; however, guests may be financially responsible for excessive garbage/rubbish left as a result of the guests own negligence.
• Guests understand that any damage which is discovered to exist, or which occurs during guest’s occupancy, should be reported at the earliest possible time to the rental office.

Payment Policy

Your credit card will be charged a one day deposit within 24 hours of making a reservation.

Balance due on arrival.

All reservations are subject to 14.5% state, local tax and resort fees.


All reservations subject to a $10 Sanitation Fee.

There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice is required 30 days prior to check in. A cancellation within 30 days of check in will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we suggest purchasing traveler’s insurance for your protection. This can be done online at www.insuremytrip.com or any other travel site you wish.
