Tara’s Lodge offers guests a contemporary, friendly and casual atmosphere in the most beautiful part of the Croatian Adriatic coast. We are located in the beautiful bay of Zrnovska Banja, 3 km west of the old town of Korcula. We can be reached by car or boat. We have moorings available for our guests who come and visit with their boats.

Mimi's Beach House is an offsite property right on the water's edge in Orebic, just a short boat ride from Korcula Town. Tara's Lodge Manages this property.

Cancellation Policy
Because we have very high demand, we operate a strict reservation policy that requires full payment of the booking 14 days prior to arrival. This applies for REFUNDABLE RATES ONLY since the non-refundable rates are debited immediately upon booking.

Bookings made via third party websites will be subject to their terms. Please contact them directly to find out more or to make changes.

REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Cancellation, Amendment and No-Show Policy
The full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

No change or cancellation possible
The non-refundable rate is charged and deemed acquired by us upon booking. The booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Force Majeure
Tara’s Lodge shall have no liability to you (or anyone else), including in the event that we are prevented from, or delayed in, performing our obligations, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, fire, flood, storm, earthquake or other physical natural disaster or extreme weather conditions, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or hostilities, a quarantine, epidemic, pandemic or outbreak of a contagious disease or any derivative or mutation of such viruses, or the threat or perceived threat of any of these, computer hacking, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, a state of emergency has been declared by an authority, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, default of suppliers or sub-contractors, or shortage of suppliers, equipment or materials (Force Majeure Event).

Tara’s Lodge may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, terminate, suspend or cancel your booking or the additional services ordered by you upon reasonable written notice to you. You will be offered either a Booking Credit or a full refund. If you have been issued with Booking Credit pursuant to this Agreement, such credit will remain valid for 12 months from the day the booking is cancelled. A Booking Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by you to pay for the accommodation portion of your booking and may not be used for Additional Services or otherwise. Any Booking Credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety to Tara’s Lodge.

If you wish to change or cancel your Booking or any Additional Services you must contact us by email at reservations@taraslodge.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Terms & Conditions

Our prices are in Euro only and the rate is exclusive of Tourist Tax, which will be billed upon departure. If you require an R1 invoice, we please ask that you notify us when making your booking.

Force Majeure

Tara’s Lodge shall have no liability to you (or anyone else), including in the event that we are prevented from, or delayed in, performing our obligations, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, fire, flood, storm, earthquake or other physical natural disaster or extreme weather conditions, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or hostilities, a quarantine, epidemic, pandemic or outbreak of a contagious disease or any derivative or mutation of such viruses, or the threat or perceived threat of any of these, computer hacking, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, a state of emergency has been declared by an authority, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, default of suppliers or sub-contractors, or shortage of suppliers, equipment or materials (Force Majeure Event).

Tara’s Lodge may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, terminate, suspend or cancel your booking or the additional services ordered by you upon reasonable written notice to you. You will be offered either a Booking Credit or a full refund. If you have been issued with Booking Credit pursuant to this Agreement, such credit will remain valid for 12 months from the day the booking is cancelled. A Booking Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by you to pay for the accommodation portion of your booking and may not be used for Additional Services or otherwise. Any Booking Credit not redeemed at the expiry of the 12-month validity date will be forfeited in its entirety to Tara’s Lodge.

Please note that a separate cancellation policy applies to Event Bookings. This can be found in your Event Agreement.

If you wish to change or cancel your Booking or any Additional Services you must contact us by email at reservations@taraslodge.com. This does not imply or guarantee that changes can or will be made.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and direct bank payments. We do not accept American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Because we have very high demand, we operate a strict reservation policy that requires full payment of the booking 14 or 30 days prior to arrival depending on the accommodation type. This applies for REFUNDABLE RATES ONLY since the non-refundable rates are debited immediately upon booking.

Bookings made via third party websites will be subject to their terms. Please contact them directly to find out more or to make changes.

REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
Cancellation, Amendment and No-Show Policy
The full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.

Group bookings of 4 rooms or more require a non-refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking with the balance charged 60 days prior to arrival.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

The non-refundable rate is charged and deemed acquired by us upon booking. The booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions.

MIMI'S BEACH HOUSE

REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

The full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. The booking can be modified or cancelled up to 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival free of charge.

The non-refundable rate is charged and deemed acquired by us upon booking. The booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions.

STOWAWAY VILLA (for the entire villa only)

PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Cancellation, Amendment and No-Show Policy
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required upon the booking. The full payment will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The booking can be modified up to 30 days prior to arrival. After this time, the booking cannot be modified in any manner nor refunded.
In case of cancellation within the allotted time (no later than 30 days prior to arrival), the 10% deposit shall be deemed acquired by us. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions to these conditions.
